How does SYB work?

You provide the information SYB needs and let SYB deal with your creditor. SYB is not your lawyer. But it was created by a lawyer and uses a methodology developed by him to achieve lower settlements of higher bills.
  • If you have a legitimate question about the fairness of any bill, you have the right to ask SYB to try to get that bill reduced to an amount that you accept as fair, and SYB will try to do that for you.
  • SYB relies on you for accurate information so we can help you. We act on the basis that you have an honest dispute over the amount of the bill. We will not try to cheat a creditor.
What will it cost you to use SYB?

If SYB can settle your bill, your cost is the greater of $25 or twenty-five percent of the amount we save you (rounded up to the nearest dollar). For example, if your bill is $600 and SYB persuades the creditor to accept $200 as payment in full, SYB saves you $400. SYB's fee is $100, which is twenty five percent of that $400 saving.

If SYB cannot settle your bill for the amount you desire, your cost is only $25 for our effort.
